We had 2 days stay at this amazing property. Super nice staff and clean rooms. Special mention to Mr. Manish at the reception who went out of the way to help us in every possible way. His knowledge and experience about the city is very thorough. Glad to have met him, he is a great asset to the hotel. Thanks alot.
We had rough start to our trip because of the staff (manager) not accommodating to complaints we had and speaking back to us very rudely and they kept on explaining to us instead of actually looking into the problem. We paid for the lake view room they said AC might not be effective so you downgrade the room. If u go in the summer ac on the uppers floor rooms are not working effectively. Not recommended at all
I booked throght their website and for some reason had to cancell the booking one month before check in. They havent refunded yet despite multiple calls and mails. Dont book directly ever .
