Our family attended the Mothers Day breakfast High Tea and it was beyond beautiful. From the food to the set up, service, and the location it was absolutely perfect and we all had such a lovely morning. Such an extensive range of options on the menu for kids and adults along with an abundance of leftovers provided for each family to take home. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

We found the ‘A-Team of Customer Service’ at Rafferty Resort’s Reception. Toni and Christine are true professionals and offer that old school customer service that is missing at most hotels these days. From our first email together, right through to departure we felt cared for. We had a TV issue upon check-in and Toni tirelessly worked hard until it was fixed. She just wanted us to enjoy our stay. These two should open a Customer Service School! Very impressed…

We recently stayed during Easter long weekend - great spot for the whole family with many things to do (or not do!). There’s heated & non-heated swimming pools, there’s the lake where you can hire kayaks/SUP/boats or sit alfresco at Cam’s Tavern with good pub food & cold drinks! Do not miss watching the sunset from the lawn - best vantage view! Cos it was Easter, they hosted a big Easter Egg Hunt which saw many kids participate. Great spot without the crowds of going further up north. Only area for improvement is the accommodation - they are privately owned so some are renovated & some aren’t. We stayed at one not updated so it smelt quite musky and with very basic amenities but it was fine for a short stay.
