My partner and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful the room and service was. We were given a warm welcome from Laura and she was very helpful with giving us suggestions on what to explore in the city. The room was very spacious, tidy and the air conditioning was brilliant. The added breakfast was an incredible experience where we had the opportunity to try delicious Italian food. We highly recommend this place for any couple looking for a high quality experience for a reasonable price. Thank you to Laura.

We recently stayed at "A View on Cagliari" and it was a great experience. The "blue" room (at 8th floor) offered a great view with a balcony. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Laura, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind, providing ample information about the city. The breakfast, especially the homemade croissants, was delicious. The B&B's central location and the parking just in front of the building made it convenient to explore Cagliari and the surroundings.

I booked this property based on the reviews and the photos. The complex is 8 floors up in a tall building quite far from the centre. The host was helpful and polite. The room was clean. Some points to note. The shower head was broken. There is an English language note saying you can't flush your toilet paper, you must use the bidet and bin tissues. From around 6am there was significant noise from above us. The balcony was "industrial" so we never sat on it. If you smoke it would be useful. Cold coffee, which our host microwaved for me. Didn't go back for breakfast the second morning. There is a lovely friendly cafe below the property with fresh pastry and good coffee. Room full of mosquitos so if you arrive late and are sensitive you need to bring killer. Breakfast starts at 8 and ends at 9. Checkout is 10. Update - I note a response below. This lady was not one bit happy being criticised, and she named myself and my wife in her response despite, I believe, this being against GDPR rules. She made it clear that if I removed my critical remarks she would delete our names. I am happy to leave them here, and my original 3 star review I reduced to one star. Make your own decision as to whether this is a place you would like to stay. I have to say that the clincher for me was when we were told that we had to check out on a Sunday at 10am, something I didn't emphasis above.
