The location is good..if you are not looking to be around beaches and get real peace then that's the place . Other than that the people the ambience the service the hospitality they offer is top notch.book without any doubt....our stay was really very peaceful and it's a bit far from the patong town... Gave 3 star for the location just because we wanted to stay by the beach..
Fantastic customer service! May The receptionist really went above and beyond, as did the other receptionists. All the staff are just delightful. This cozy hotel has all the amenities you could ask for, including a gym, pool 🏊, and even kayaks for the adventurous. It’s worth the money. Few Mall and old town around the corner. Enjoy your stay
Place is small but it’s okay. Pools are accesible from each room which is nice. However I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room in general. I could see the bathtub was barely cleaned and that raised concerns about the general cleaning. I think for the price is fair but wouldn’t be my first option. When checking out they insisted a hand towel was missing, but off course we did not steal it, at the end they said it was ok 🫠
