Smooth booking process. We called ahead to organise arriving at midnight after the Picton Ferry, and the manager ensured this process was easy and seamless. Cosy mattress and bedding with a good shower. Rooms had everything you need. Loved the private balcony with morning sun :) will stay again.
Met our needs. We were surprised to find there was no option for heating although I didn't feel cold, it might be different in colder weather. The service was exceptional. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The outdoor patio was lovely. Would stay there again.
I personally would not reccomended staying at this motel establishment. Looked presentable online. Unit was opened for me by management. But to my unpleasant surprise was greeted with dog motions on the patio concrete. Asked to be taken care of manager. Transfered to Unit next door. Another problem was it took several minutes to lock the ranchslider door as the door lock was not working like they should. Feft insecure about.
