Feedback for Acorn Hideaway 1. Accessibility: The approach road to the property is in extremely poor condition and makes it very difficult and risky to reach. In case of any issue on the way, no support is available. This is especially unsafe for families and should be maintained properly by the property management. The biggest drawback of the resort is its road connectivity. 2. Room Conditions: The room conditions were disappointing. The wash basin leaked badly—if the tap was kept open for more than 3–4 minutes, the entire area got flooded. The curtains were not functional and the housekeeping staff mentioned that it is the same in all rooms. This is not acceptable, especially considering the price charged. In addition, monkeys were freely roaming near the rooms with no safety measures in place for guests. 3. Basic Facilities: Upon check-in, only two small water bottles were provided. After that, when we asked for water, it was served in an unhygienic plastic jug. When requested for bottled water, we were told it would be chargeable. For a property charging nearly ₹20,000 for 2 nights, denying basic facilities like clean drinking water is unreasonable and feels like a scam. Overall, it was a very bad experience at Acorn Hideaway. The property is not at all worth the price, and we would never recommend it to friends or family.

My stay at this resort was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standard. The management was completely negligent, showing no regard for customer service. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and crawling with lizards—basic cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The staff, especially the manager Lokendre, was shockingly unprofessional and rude, displaying zero respect or courtesy towards guests. Safety and hygiene were equally concerning. There was absolutely no security, with monkeys freely roaming the premises. To our horror, they were even bathing in the same swimming pool meant for guests—an obvious health hazard that the staff chose to ignore. The sports facilities were in terrible condition, and overall, there was a clear lack of maintenance and care. I strongly advise against staying here if you're looking for a safe, clean, and respectful environment. This place fails on every front. There were no wifi faculties available
