Where do I even start, the service and the people that work at this hotel are absolutely amazing. Nothing but love, respect and truly special hospitality! The help that these people who I now consider my great friends have provided me and my family, will be unforgettable! Not a single bad word to say and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Food is amazing, cleanliness is amazing, service is amazing, everything is amazing about this place. Much love and respect to all the workers who helped me and my family out of a very bad situation!

This hotel is really one of the most interesting hotels I have ever stayed in. From the outside, everything is all right, but when you go inside, yes, you encounter some strangeness. For example, there is nothing about insulation in the hotel, you need to take this into consideration and come to your room, a lot of sound comes from the corridor. Apart from that, the comfort in the room, the beds are very good. I think the balcony in the rooms is great. I stayed in the period when the weather was a little cooler, frankly, I would have liked the room to be a little warmer, but I could not heat the room in any way. Although I went to breakfast very early, yes, as written in the comments, the eggs are really cold, which is quite interesting, I think they show a special effort for this. Finally, in the morning I talked to the lady at the reception for 40 minutes to invoice for my company, yes, not really 40 minutes, maybe even 1 hour, can it be so difficult to invoice for the company? She also wanted to take the tax I paid from the online booking site again, she insisted that I pay 2-3times 10€, I insisted that I did not want to pay this money again because I had paid this money and finally gave up.

The hotel staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the property itself is poorly maintained and does not resemble the photos shown on Booking.com. The room was extremely dirty and neglected — there were hairs and dirt on the floor and in the bathroom, as well as handprints on various surfaces. No complimentary coffee, tea, or water was offered. Although the food was served buffet-style, it lacked the variety one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Sadly, we would not return.
