Abba Euskalduna Hotel

This was a great hotel. The location is fantastic, with lots of good transit connections (tram, buses, metro). Right next to the football stadium too and walking distance to the Guggenheim, or a short tram ride away. The view from the restaurant, of the river, was fantastic. Really generous and nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was quite big. Overall, I recommend it.

Our stay at the abba Euskalduna hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and it has quickly become our favorite hotel in Bilbao. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and hospitality that far exceeded our expectations. Every member of the team was consistently courteous, warm, and genuinely eager to assist with any request—no matter how big or small. Their attention to detail, proactive approach, and sincere dedication to guest comfort made a lasting impression and elevated our entire experience. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a tasteful and welcoming ambiance throughout. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep that was truly restorative. When considering the overall quality of service, accommodations, and amenities, the value offered by abba Euskalduna is outstanding. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and well cared for, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Bilbao.

SKIP THIS HOTEL. Better off elsewhere. Price is wildly misaligned with quality of room & caliber of staff. Room had wall cracks, dust inside coffee machine water reservoir, and mildew on bathroom caulk. Hostile behavior from two aggressive staff members: one hotel restaurant server & one maid. These women seem mentally unwell & need help.
