Great hotel, fab location and very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Lovely breakfast and enjoyed the rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend.
My wife and I had the Menu del Dia lunch at the ABBA Hotel in San Sebastián on 7 occasions during our stay in that beautiful city. The Menu del Dia lunch is exceptional - quality, price, service and atmosphere. I don’t believe there is a better (value for money) lunch in all of Spain. We took visiting family members from Germany and Ireland and they also positively commented on the whole experience. Well done ABBA and thank you for how well you treated us each time we visited, either for lunch or your beautiful Rooftop Bar.
Let me start by saying that this hotel is in an awesome location and very accessible to many activities and venues. The rooms were very technologically sound. Now, we had an unfortunate experience with a centipede in our room along with ants. It took 2 days but got addressed. The manager of the hotel was absolutely non-responsive to any events that were going on. Any who works in the bar both upstairs and down was AWESOME. She was o e of the saviors for our 2 week stay. Ariel was also very helpful...for being new to the facility, he did everything in his power to help. Let me end with some great news....the view was wonderful.
