Thank you for my stay at your hotel. first class hotel and service. from the very first greeting on check in, the service was excellent. The room and all the additions from showering to towels and linen was first class. All the staff were professional and extremely polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there if i visit Barcelona again. Thank You for your excellent service
A nice hotel, with very attentive staff. Rooms are acceptable, with one minor dislike. There are no electric outlets near the bed, so I had to use an extension cord from across the room for my phone charger. I always carry an extension cord when traveling, just for this reason. The location is a little remote from the popular sites
The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, they speak good english in the reception as well. The hallways are very old fashioned and could be better off with some improvements to make it look more modern. The breakfast lounge is very small and you need to be up early if you want to guarantee a seat for you and your family. The food was okay, nothing special. The bread was not fresh and the general selection of foods were not that great. The location is also okay with many markets around such as LIDL and Mercadona and a very close underground station but if you’re looking to be closer to the beach then this hotel is not it. Overall I rate this hotel 3 stars, it’s alright but they can improve a lot.
