we would like to compliment all the staff, for the great and warm welcome, for the wonderful days spent at your Abbaye de Villeneuve, for the always ready assistance in every moment of need, for the cordiality combined with an exquisite kindness. A special mention, if I may, for Alizée and Léo, two persons with significant potential with whom we have interacted in these days, for their always attentive care in every detail, and great professionalism. We will return.

From the moment we arrived the staff were wonderful. We had such a friendly greeting from Leo, who showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Throughout our evening he was attentive and knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area. Our room was beautiful, the hotel has been renovated to such a high standard. The bathroom was great and the bed very comfortable. We ate in a the brasserie, great food and lovely staff. The bar is stunning with an eye catching wall of colourful bottles, the barman makes great cocktails. This was a great stop. Maybe next time two nights. Thank you 😊

Almost perfect - except one disappointing moment Everything was great: clean and comfortable rooms, good food, excellent service, and friendly staff. However, our experience was spoiled by one thing - we asked for a checkout just 15 minutes later than scheduled (11am), but were refused. Madame Alizée declined without even checking the system, claiming high occupancy. In reality, rooms (including our category) were clearly available online. Feeling both unwelcome and misled was a truly disappointing end to an otherwise great stay.
