Abbey Hotel Bath A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This hotel is just amazing . It is very quaint and in a very central location to walk to most places in Bath . We had room “ 007” which was on the lower floor . It was quiet , clean and had a comfortable bed . The bathroom was modern with nice toiletries . We had no view from the windows , but we didn’t mind that as we only wanted a bed for the night . The staff are super helpful and friendly and accommodating . The front desk lady named Maria was lovely and kind and allowed me to check into our room early , as I had my Down Syndrome brother staying with me and we needed to get settled into the room and rest before heading out to eat. I also needed a paper bill which she kindly printed off for me with no problem at all . I would give this hotel 10/10 for location and helpfulness of staff . Thank you for making our stay memorable .

This hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean, and restaurant connected to hotel had good food. Perfect location. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and prime location close to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. No complaints at all. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend! 😀

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. The location of the hotel is great but that’s the only good thing I will say. The rooms are small and the whole building needs a lot of maintenance and refurbishing. The interior is weird. You take the elevator to go to second floor however you again take stairs to go down half floor to access your room. There is no flat floor inside therefore if you have heavy luggage be ready to go up and down on stairs. The service in the restaurant where we had breakfast was good but the food was simple. The service of the front desk needs development.
