Abbey Hotel Golf & Spa

If anyone is thinking of booking the Abbey Hotel for a weeding or even a small function, please don't think anymore, get it booked 👍👍👍. We had our Veterans Summer Ball there this year and right from the start of the planning to clearing up after over 100 vets and wife's and vacated the place they were all amazing. Hannah you certainly pulled it out of the bag and got everything right. The staff on the night were also amazing. It can't of been easy looking after 100 vets as we are quite particular. Well done everyone Top job as usual. 10/10.

Had a brilliant time here. Meet some friends for golf and spa. Our ladies loved the spa and treatments. Us lads enjoyed the golf. Rooms were fine, no a/c, but we had a fan, which kept q cool during the night. The meal was great and the staff were very hard working.

I stayed here for 2 nights , with a large group of people, as I held my 60th birthday party in The Henley suite. The hotel is in a lovely setting, golf and spa. The spa area is only small with a little outside area to relax. I stayed in The royal suite breakfast included which was basic . It was a lovely room spacious and clean . Good facilities ironing board, coffee machine ( didn’t use it found instructions in the drawer after) It was just very unfortunate the boiler broke and we had no hot water all weekend. All the staff were all very attentive and friendly. My sister had early entrance to dress the party room ( beautifully may I add) which I was grateful for. There were also few issues as regards the food served in The Henley suite. The manager Darren looked into all the issues I complained about.He and the chef gave their written apologies and resolved everything within a few days to my satisfaction. One of my party suggested room 10 or 139 needs a safe ?? Staying here was perfect for my event. See pictures on tripadvisor.
