Very nice accommodations. The staff were amazing and made you feel welcome. There was always some entertainment upstairs and a great atmosphere. The ladies at the spa gave great massages and healthy shakes. It is in a great location easy walking distance for anything you'd like to do. The hotel also has anything you could ask for right there if you don't feel like going out. I definitely will recommend it for anyone looking.
Awesome experience there. They have a good restaurant, gym, and a rooftop pool with live DJ and different shows every night. I have so much fun. Also the rooms are very luxurious and cozy. I got the one with a hot tub. Also I want to say thank you, for Making my birthday a special occasion. I appreciate you guys going out of your way and buying me a Birthday cake and also singing Happy Birthday to me. Thanks again, much love. I will definitely be returning back next year. Do you guys offer special rates for returning customers?
I was actually excited to come here. I called to see about an early check in. I would be arriving in Angeles at 9am. I was told 2pm was the earliest I could check in. I asked if I could pay for the previous night and then check in on arrival. Still no. I asked if they were fully booked. Nope. I said I would really like to know if I can check in early before I travel all that way, still no. I asked if I could pay extra. Nope. So I didn’t go. Recommend reservations implement some type of early check in system when rooms are available instead of just “maybe”.
