Great value for money. A/C was not working when we stayed, but they told us early. They gave us heaters, and the room was nice and warm when we checked in. We didn’t even use the heater after that. The room was well insulated, so we didn’t need it. Kitchen is equipped if you want to cook. You can connect your mobile to the TV and use your own streaming. Free parking. Good stay.

Excellent stay! Very friendly and welcoming staff, checked us in a few hours early in a superior room! 👌👌 Room was like a two bedroom apartment with everything one needs. The nights are quiet allowing for a perfect night's sleep. Very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a place I haven't stayed at, but I needed to share this. I had to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances with two days notice. At this time, the cancellation policy allows cancelling within 24 hours so I was eligible anyway, but I was so impressed at the effort the staff at Abode Narrabundah went to, to help me cancel and get a refund. Long story short, they gave me direct numbers to booking.com to reach the right people who were able to provide immediate responses and to process the cancellation and refund. Having called Abode Narrabundah a few times myself, I know they can be reached readily and are very helpful. Above and beyond. Although I have yet to stay here, I absolutely intend to in the future and I will be singing their praises. Thank you I recommend this place for the top level service and peace of mind they will take care of you.
