Abode St Kilda

Great value for money, close to transport and short walk to 24 hour shop (7/11). Secure parking was available for an extra fee. Room was small but perfect for our needs. The beds were amazingly comfortable with fresh sheets and pillows and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The shower was fantastic. Access to the rooms was via stairs, this could be an issue for elderly (not sure if there was a lift). Stayed September 2017, travelled with friends NOTE: I booked this accommodation through Stayz and both Stayz and Abode, charged me a security deposit. I got both refunded within 7 days but odd that I was charged by both. Next time, I would book direct through Easy Stays/Abode to avoid that.

Great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a tram stop right out the front. Brought your car? No worries, gated car park directly behind the hotel ($15 extra). Rooms super modern with lots of cool features like motorised blinds, free in house movies, underfloor heating, rainfall showerhead and a mini dishwasher. But most importantly, the beds are super comfy.

Good hospitality and good staff round the clock. Kenny, steve and other staff helped us a lot whenever requires. Place is near to st.kilda beach area where u can have evening walk to bay. Loved the locality too with lot of food options. Transport is good n right front of it when u step out. Trams are available to city from here. Room are well maintained.
