Stunning and clean apartments. Great option for families with the slight separation of bunks and main. Great facilities with everything you need and the food and coffee with room service is amazing! Would have been even better if there was a kids menu!
Spacious and clean rooms. We stayed during the Easter break. It was an excellent experience. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The service was also excellent. For car parking, we have to use the public car parking right opposite to the hotel, but there is ample amount of parking space (paid parking in weeks days, but free on week ends). All the reception staff was very helpful . The kitchen is loaded with cutlery and utensils that we need for a simple cooking.Thank You team.
Receptionist couldn’t be more unhelpful if he tried, the check in process could be improved greatly, shouldn’t be in customer service if you have no people skills, should at least pretend to like his job, did not explain a single thing. Tv didn’t work got a “i don’t know” asked him to come and assist, didn’t get it going As straight forward as it is for some people to place the key in the device for the lights to work it wasn’t for us, maybe a sign would help lol No parking, just paid parking across the road, no check in bay. The uni cafe close by was great 10/10 for them
