I stayed in this hotel last week with my husband, we came all the way from Poland🇵🇱😍 and everything was incredible, even better than I expected. The cocktails at the bar were really well made and the pool area had such a relaxing but lovely atmosphere and vibe. I want to highlight the exceptional service from the waitress Yeilibeth during our stay. Her English was excellent, which made communication easy and pleasant. She took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our meals. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I hope to see her again on our next visit🤗

I stayed here in November 2023, and I’m due to visit again next week! (20/06). I’m a frequent traveller to the island, and thought I’d try this hotel out last time. I won’t go back to where I used to stay now! This is definitely the best place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. They are clearly very happy working there, it really shows. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, and the rooms are just perfect! The pool area’s are great too, and the all inclusive is excellent. The restaurant offers lots of choices, and the all day snack bar is a great addition! I particularly love the self-serve beer pumps, and complimentary sandwiches on offer in the evening! I can’t wait to visit again! Keep up the great job!

We vacationed in the Canary Islands and chose this hotel — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions! The atmosphere was captivating from the very first moments: cleanliness, coziness, and incredibly friendly staff who were always ready to help with a smile. The room was simply wonderful: a spacious bathroom and daily cleaning. Everything was tastefully arranged, creating a truly paradise-like vibe. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, with local fruits, fresh pastries, and natural juices. There's also a restaurant on-site — a perfect spot for dinner with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset. The pool was clean, with comfortable loungers and plenty of greenery around. Nearby, there are shops, cafés, and tour offices. This is the ideal place for relaxation, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation. We were absolutely delighted and will definitely come back again. The Canaries are pure love! ❤️
