had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway

> The worst hotel experience of my life was at Abou Sofiane Hotel, even though I had booked a VIP room in advance! The room was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress felt like wood, and the pillow was as hard as a rock. No internet in the rooms, only in the waiting area! The food was poor and repetitive, with very limited juice options. Alcohol was available everywhere, which is inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. The service was terrible, and I was treated like I didn’t matter, despite paying for a VIP room. Worst of all: I witnessed a little girl, only 6 years old, get severely burned during a poorly managed beach activity. The fire spread across her body within seconds! This place doesn’t deserve even 2 stars. I do not recommend it for families. Be warned. 😡

Title: Very disappointing experience at Abou Sofiane Hotel – Not recommended I recently stayed at Abou Sofiane Hotel in Sousse (4 stars), and sadly, my experience was extremely disappointing 1. Rude treatment by the security guard: He shouted at me aggressively, demanding that I move my car immediately, falsely claiming there were no parking spots. He even threatened not to give me my room, despite not having any authority over reservations. In fact, parking spaces were available. 2. Poor food quality: The meals were tasteless and insufficient for the number of guests. Definitely not the level expected from a 4-star hotel. 3. Dirty swimming pool: The pool was poorly maintained and not clean at all — it felt unsafe to swim in. 4. Room conditions: The rooms were far below expectations. The bathroom lacked privacy and the overall comfort was minimal. Even worse, this all happened in front of multiple hotel staff members, who witnessed the situation but did absolutely nothing — no intervention, no apology, no support. A truly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I’m deeply disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for respectful service, good food, or hygiene.
