I can’t stress enough how wonderful this hotel is. Our host, Koyama, explained every minute detail and went the extra mile to translate to us in real time. Every amenity you could think of is at this hotel. If you don’t get the food plan, the nearby 711 easily suffices. The bath and sauna are to die for. The view of Mt. Fuji is surreal. My girlfriend and I plan to visit again as we had an amazing experience.
I spent 2 nights of a 10 day trip to Japan here, but I wish I had spent more nights. My time at the abrAsus hotel was my favorite part of my visit, and I've been dreaming of coming back since I checked out. The villa has every amenity you need for cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc. There are even toys for children (or the child in you) to play with while you wait for Fuji-san to make an appearance from the clouds in the morning. The location is very convenient - close to the Kawaguchico bus station and the wind/ice/dragon tunnels in the Aokigahara Forest. The staff are lovely people. I tend to seek new experiences, but I genuinely hope to come back again one day!
Amazing view of Mt Fuji. In-house cooking was a good touch, we had fun preparing our own meals. Good for groups of 4 to 6.
