The rooms are good, spacious and warm. Need better soap dispensers, though. The bed is comfortable. The location is perfect for me. If you stay here, or live in Dnipro, make sure you have dinner in the restaurant. The chef is excellent. The food is the best quality and is cooked perfectly. The waiting staff are very attentive. 10 out of 10 for the restaurant. These are tough times for Ukraine and her people right now. This hotel is an oasis. Thank you for making this Brit feel welcome and at ease.

Kia ora from New Zealand, I booked in just before midnight and the transition into hotel shortly after was smooth and seamless, I arrived during rolling power cuts nation wide and was instantly escorted to my room by security after a quick exchange by the most gorgeous reception staff member. The facilities were excellent and that includes the staff, my compliments tothe chef for a perfect breakfast Ukraine style,so delicious. The stay was for one nite and it was peaceful thus relaxing after a long days volunteers work for Operation Aid.I highly recommend your next stay here. I thank the staff for allowing me to stay after check out down stairs whilst I await my train to catch directly across the road. Always book in advance as you will get a room much cheaper than walking in off the st.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The restaurant food was delicious. Everything was garden fresh. I recommend the duck with berries, it was amazing! Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of hot water for showers. Mini bar had water, soda, snacks & liquor. Beds are VERY firm, this was hard on the back.
