Amazing experience. If you are looking for something remote, calm and quiet… this is the place. The staff (Silvia and Anita) are simply incredible and provide you with everything you need. The food is genuine and tastes amazing. The parking lot is 3 minutes from the rooms but they provide you with help for the check in and the check out. This place is a really gem and the people working there are simply incredible. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend it!

A secret treasure! Although a little hard to get to (don't trust google maps, get in contact with the hotel/Silvia directly instead - they are super nice and forthcoming!), we would have loved to stay much longer! The views and surroundings are incredible and make it easy to relax and detach. Stargazing, playing pretend-lookout with binoculars, listening to the waves or going for longer hikes are some of the things you'd enjoy the most here. Silvia and the team really make you feel at home with superb cooking (including flexibility regarding vegan options) and a unique, personal approach to hosting guests. Our stay did not at all feel like the typical "just a room", but was exactly what we had hoped to find. Compliments to everyone involved - we'll be coming back and staying longer!

Bad customer experience! Unfortunately we cannot speak about the facilities. We were traveling from Pico to S. Jorge and we could not find a ferry with availability to transport our car so we asked for help to property management to find a rental car in the island or some kind of transport to take us from the ferry to the property. 3 days gone by without a single answer (booking messages)…. And finally we lost the opportunity to travel (even without our car) so we ha to cancel. Funny…. They quickly reply to out cancelation …. Never mentioned the messages asking for help sent before Really bad customer experience
