Me and my partner got upgraded to this fabulous hotel. Service was impeccable and always with such grace. We met Jamie who was new to the absolute resort and what credit he does them! He really looked after us and always chatting with a smile. A True gent! The pool side staff during lunch were so friendly and the food is amazing. Try the chicken gyros and salads, very delicious! All staff, including cleaners are just so friendly and you couldn't ask for more. Thank you for our beautiful, calming and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Absolute Kiotari. The hotel is modern, stylish, and beautifully decorated throughout, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained, which really added to the sense of comfort during our stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It’s clear they work hard to ensure guests feel at home, and their positive attitude really enhanced our experience. The entertainment is another highlight – fun and well-organised. Eliza, in particular, does a brilliant job bringing energy and joy to the events. There’s also plenty of information available about things to do in the area, which is really helpful if you’re looking to explore - Jamie is particularly knowledgeable. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. It’s well served by a great poolside restaurant that offers delicious food and refreshing drinks – ideal for a laid-back afternoon in the sun. Overall, Hotel Absolute Kiotari is a gem – modern, clean, and friendly, with just the right balance of activity and tranquillity. Highly recommended!

We spent a few relaxing days at this hotel and overall had a good stay – especially after some initial room-related issues were resolved. We would probably give 3,5 stars or a bit more under 4. The first room we were given, although the same category as the one we ended up in, was unfortunately much smaller than expected and not as described online. In some layouts, the room itself is more spacious, but then the bathroom becomes extremely tight – barely enough room to move. There were no towel hooks or bars, and the shower easily overflowed, soaking the entire bathroom floor. On top of that, we noticed dust and stray hair in the room as well as some mold in the shower area. These cleanliness issues, combined with a strong sewage odor in the room, made us very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very friendly and offered a room change. After switching rooms (same category), we felt significantly more comfortable. Our superior room with a shared pool had a beautiful terrace, and the shared pool itself was a highlight – clean, refreshing, and good for a swim. While the terrace was lovely, it was missing an umbrella, which would have made it much more usable during the day. Also, the loungers had thinner cushions compared to those at the main pool – a minor detail, but noticeable. Positives included a large, comfortable bed in the room, effective air conditioning and the availability of a fridge and safe. We also really appreciated the mosquito screen on the terrace door – very practical. In terms of noise, we found the hotel pleasantly quiet most of the time from inside the room: you only hear people passing directly in front of the room, but otherwise it was peaceful. The music at the pool could be a bit more quiet, but was otherwise fine. The food at the hotel, however, could use improvement. Breakfast was okay, but with limited variety and very poor coffee. There was not much fresh fruit available. Dinner was often cold, oily, and lacked flavor, with even less choice than at breakfast. The pool bar food was much better in quality, but also quite a bit more expensive. Service at the restaurant felt neutral at best, and occasionally a bit disengaged – in contrast to the reception team, who were always very friendly. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, with a lovely pool and comfortable seating areas. We personally enjoyed the quiet, more secluded location, and the lack of much loud entertainment or animation – it made for a very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. We genuinely enjoyed our time here after the room change and appreciated the calm, relaxing vibe of the hotel. However, with a few improvements, this place could be truly outstanding. We’d suggest: - Improving the food quality and variety at breakfast and dinner - Addressing the persistent sewage smell in certain rooms - Installing towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms - Adding umbrellas to all pool terraces as standard as well as thicker cushions on the loungers - Ensuring a higher standard of cleanliness in all rooms If these areas were addressed, we’d gladly return – because the potential is definitely there.
