Absolutely Perfect

Excellent! House is beautiful with a spacious pool and outdoor space to accommodate a large gathering. Steps to a beautiful beach with private access. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We were notified and able to enter prior to check in time; house is well stocked with both house and beach attire. Crossing the road to access beach was easy and all cars stopped to let us cross with a large group of kids and adults. Definitely recommend!!!

Our May 2025 vacation to Getaway by the Bay was great! Communication with Beach House Real Estate was easy and many details were shared well in advance and easy to access (wifi, check in instructions, overall house info, ect). We needed propane for the grill and got it Monday morning after calling Sunday. Prior to our stay I emailed a few questions and always received helpful responses within a day. Overall the property was exactly as described and pictured. The spot was fantastic for ease of access to the beach! We had ample room for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Pool was perfect for the kids. We would easily stay at this location again and work with Beach House Real Estate.

Update: In addition to email, we called Saturday about the rats (which we had to remove from the pool), Sunday about the grill, AC and TV and Wednesday about the fence so the folks that answer the phones at your office were notified about every issue as soon as we knew about them. Rented Gulf View Paradise from Beach House Real Estate. When we arrived, there were two dead RATS in the pool, the grill did not work, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work, and the pool area TV was unusable. Some of these issues were fixed two days later but the pool area TV remained unusable. Halfway through our stay, the privacy fence was removed so the pool area was wide open to Gulf Drive and the condo parking lot next door. It remained that way for the rest of our stay. They should not advertise a fenced in yard if the fence isn’t theirs.
