AC Hotel by Marriott Austin Hill Country

We had a great experience at the AC Hotel Austin Hill Country while in town for a weekend swim meet. Holden at the front desk made check-in incredibly smooth and was helpful, professional, and quick to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. Sue, who was working the breakfast area, was equally wonderful. She went out of her way to take care of my son’s special breakfast requests with a big smile and an amazing attitude. Her warm personality really made our mornings better. The hotel itself felt very new and nice. It was clean, comfortable, and well located. But it was the people who made the difference. Thank you, Holden and Sue, for making our stay feel personal and welcoming.

I highly recommend the AC Hotel! I was originally working with a hotel closer to my venue, but after struggling to get in touch with them and receiving unfriendly service, I decided to give the AC Hotel a chance—and I’m so glad I did! From the beginning, the team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Jessica Ethridge was amazing throughout the entire process and made sure our guests received their welcome bags. About two weeks before the wedding, we decided to arrange a shuttle for our guests. The hotel handled the last-minute change seamlessly and even provided our cards with pickup and drop-off times for our guests. We also hosted a fun after-party at the hotel, and it was the perfect way to end the night. Thank you again to the AC Hotel team for being so accommodating and kind—we truly had a wonderful experience!

Modern with a European flair. Our room wasn't huge, but a very functional size. Great bathroom and shower. Quiet. Lobby, bar and patio were fun, not even hot in the summer because of a nice breeze. Enjoyed the saltwater pool.
