We have stayed at the hotel a number of times but today and yesterday we used the wonderful hospitality of the working space. We have spent two days here as a team and enjoyed a warm welcome, unlimited tea and coffee, lunch and great service. All the team are friendly and helpful and it has been a great couple of days. Thank you for offering this service and for being so thoughtful and attentive whilst we have been with you.
Such a blissful experience to happen to stop by AC hotel. While I was there enjoying my drink, the general manager, Marcello was offering ice creams to all the members of the staff. He stopped, introduced himself ans very politely offered me an ice cream.While I was there, I noticed the team was great and the service was exceptional. I am local but for sure I will be going back to try their breakfast and even stay for the night. Such a pleasant experience throughout my day. The atmosphere was very positive and welcoming.
While the AC Marriott delivers on sleek design and a central location, the experience falls short elsewhere. Rooms are standard in size with minimal flair. Service feels transactional rather than warm, and the gym is a modest afterthought with limited equipment. It’s adequate for a short stay, but lacks the polish and attention to detail expected from a premium brand.
