Great business hotel. Our meetings were there at their conference rooms and the hotel crew went above and beyond to assist and take care of our needs. A special appreciation to Jose Gallego for anticipating and being there to assist.
My stay at the AC Bogota was a decent enough experience. It sure is a little confusing at first as to how to get to the main lobby! My room was minimalistic and cold. I had to request for space heaters! The hotel was however in a good area close to restaurants and activities and fairly walkable. If you decide to stay here definitely make your way to the Astoria Rooftop!
Overall, the hotel is fine. Please be aware that if you ever need your invoice or anything else from this hotel after your check-out, they are incapable of doing the bare minimum. Have been trying to get my folio from them for 3-4 weeks. Not only is their phone number inoperable, but no one replies to any emails. Have spoken to Marriott Bonvoy directly several times and they are also unable to get through to this property and this hotel isn't answering Marriott emails to send the folio. Absolutely bizarre
