The Wife n I stayed here for a Reds game on Sunday. This place was special for the memories that were created that day. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The views from the Rooftop Bar are breathtaking. The staff was warm and friendly. I will make another trip and stay here again.
The room was clean and stocked with what we needed. The fridge was super small and the ice machines that are available are super small basically countertop. The location was so nice being right across from the ballpark and not have to worry about traffic or a long drive home. The valet service was nice but morning of checkout he seemed overwhelmed and it took some time to get the car.
I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Cincinnati, Ohio—truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, everything was seamless and top-notch. A special shout-out to Anna, who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out and made a lasting impression. I can't thank the entire staff enough for such a welcoming and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
