AC Hotel by Marriott Innsbruck

We had a wonderful 3 night stay last week in Innsbruck at the AC Marriott. The entire staff (special shout out to Mark) was beyond friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the city and recommendations for dining. (MARK! We will never forget our visit to Thai-Li-Ba, YUM!) We got into our room and had an issue/question with the AC. Mark came right up to the room, addressed the "issue" (we had the window open so the AC wouldn't work 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣). Mark noticed we didn't have robes, slippers or water in the fridge. He left and returned so quickly with everything and also brought us an ice bucket full of ice, just above and beyond service! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were a bit flat. Our only complaint was the lack of hooks for our tools in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a spread of hot items (ask your server for a different type of eggs if you don't like what's out in the hot trays) all types of breads, some backed goods, cereals and yogurts and fruit with other options as well. Just a heads up, breakfast is done at 10:30am and you need to plan to be DONE by 10:30. They immediately put everything away (even the coffee machine) If you're driving like we did just go straight down into the parking garage and follow the signs to park by the hotel entrance door. There is a bell to ring and they'll buzz you in. The location was perfect, 10 minute walk to old town and they're a bus stop out the door and to the left. It was so easy to maneuver Innsbruck from the AC Hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Although it was a short one-night stay, the service from the reception staff was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely felt welcomed and appreciated as a Marriott elite member. Their thoughtful and guest-oriented attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck! My recent stay at AC Hotel Innsbruck was truly excellent. The room was impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate, and the housekeeping service was consistently timely and efficient. One of the standout features was the amazing location right in the center. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. Furthermore, the hotel is exceptionally well-connected via public transport, making it a breeze to get around. I also thoroughly enjoyed the amazing breakfast offered each morning – a great way to start the day. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. For those who enjoy dining out, the hotel's location is a real plus. There are many restaurants nearby, including several Indian restaurants, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, efficient service, fantastic location, great breakfast, and helpful staff. It's a wonderful base for exploring the city.
