AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur

We booked at AC Hotel for one night and found it to be a delighful experience. It is conveniently located near public transportation, but we just used grab the whole time though I had my car parked here. The breakfast buffet was really good. The best thing about this place was how pleasant and courteous the staff were. My wife had a minor accident, causing us to extend our stay here, but the staff at this hotel made us feel quite at home with their excellent service. They made a wheelchair always available to us, and made my wife feel well taken of.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hotel. The biggest problem for me was how loud it was. Noises from upstairs included metal chair legs scraping against bare floors, with no skidders to mask the sound. All. Day. Long. The vacuuming and cleaning could be heard as well. All. Day. Long. Outside of the hotel is the monorail train which had a run every minute. All. Day (and night...). Long. So, if you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not a good choice. The area surrounding the hotel gets extremely sketchy after dark (and I'm from NY!) be careful if you don't want your kids to see streetwalkers. The staff were very sweet, kind and helpful and the beds...heaven
