We enjoyed our 3D2N stay at this hotel. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. Parking plenty and convenient, but the TnG entry needs to move a little backwards/ frontward as not only myself, I see quite a number of drivers almost drove past it, and had to reverse. Buffet breakfast was really good, we enjoyed the whole staying experience. Hotel is not walking distance to amenities.

His warm hospitality made me feel instantly welcomed. The same goes for the reception team and other staff members—they were all incredibly friendly and professional. Though the hotel isn’t large in size, the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail rivals that of any luxury hotel. My room was always spotless, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and inviting. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of my stay was smooth and comfortable. Whether for business or a family vacation, I’ve made up my mind—I’ll be staying here again whenever I return to Kuantan. If you’re planning a visit to this city, I wholeheartedly recommend starting your journey at AC Hotel Kuantan. It may be a modest-sized hotel, but it offers warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality that are truly rare. Highly recommended, from the heart.
I had a pleasant stay of 4 days and 3 nights. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff extended a warm and courteous welcome—from the front desk personnel to the security staff. I have no complaints regarding the service. While the breakfast offerings were satisfactory, a daily variation in the menu would enhance the experience. That said, I particularly appreciated the idli and chutney, which were exceptionally well-prepared.
