AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland

We stayed at the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland for a quick birthday trip for my wife, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The hotel itself is super clean, stylish, and has a relaxed but upscale vibe that made our stay feel special even though it was just one night. What really set it apart was the service—Carmen at the front desk went above and beyond. Not only was she warm and professional at check-in, but she followed up with us after we got settled in to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of care is rare. But what really hit home was when she took the time to personally congratulate me on my daughter’s high school graduation. That small but meaningful gesture meant a lot. It showed that she was really paying attention—not just doing her job, but actually connecting. The room was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal—right near Dadeland Mall and plenty of food spots. For anyone looking for a stay that’s convenient, stylish, and backed by genuine hospitality, this is it. Will definitely be returning. Huge thank you again to Carmen and the staff for making our stay memorable.

We loved our stay here. The AC hotels are consistent and clean. The AC Burger never misses. The mall next door is awesome and free parking in Miami is a must. Downside is the AC is not cold during the day our room was hot as outdoors. The curtains let in light even though they are supposed to be blackout. The mini fridge isn’t cold. The cocktails I’d say are overpriced but prepared well and hey it’s Miami. There’s a service charge for everything so because I didn’t leave an extra tip the bartender started acting weird. She put my to go food down and walked away without any word and other weird behavior. It’s like she wanted us to know she was upset…. Weird…

The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Being right next door to the mall is a huge plus. The only issues were, only one elevator was working which made the wait quite long, especially when carrying bags. The hallways could use a carpet cleaning, and the breakfast buffet could use some added options, for the price. Like pancakes, bacon included, not extra. These were minor fixable items.. which is why I’d stay again.
