AC Hotel by Marriott Nashville Brentwood

The experience at the Sonesta suites was amazing. The front desk staff very personable, they let us know where everything was located. The young lady even provided me a list of things we can see and do in Nashville that was a very nice touch. The hotel suites are very spacious, bathroom was big and I really enjoyed my shower, there was enough towels provided. It’s definitely a place where you can stay for a week you have a fridge mini kitchen it’s worth it. They also have a gym and laundry room on the same floor. The only downfall with the room is I did not enjoy the carpet made me feel itchy and dirty. Overall I personally am not a fan of carpets because I know people walk on them with their shoes on, properly puked on it, even more things. Otherwise it would be a five on all categories. We really enjoyed our stay here so thanks for the hospitality.

For the price it was probably a good place to stay. I can look past a place needing renovations typically but there were dead bugs on the walls of the hallways and my room had so much hair all over the floors. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice. Front desk personnel were great. Again, for the price I guess it wasn’t too bad but I always need clean and the floors in my room were not clean.

The room is fine and the lady at the front desk was nice. However, I checked in late at around 11 PM for one night only and left to grab a coffee from Panera at around 9:15 am and when I came back to my room at around 10 am I found 3 room service ladies cleaning up my room with my groceries and food that was in the fridge/freezer in front of the door and with some of it spilled or completely missing. Why on earth would you service the room knowing that I have to check out at 11 am. They could and should have waited an hour or two until I was gone to service the room. This is why hotels have the early checkout policy after all. I have never experienced this in another hotel before and I am extremely disappointed.
