I really enjoyed my stay with AC hotel. The rooms were clean, staff friendly. They had a variety of meeting rooms available. Lounge/Bar area was spacious and allowed for a nice work environment. Staff were friendly. They use Korres products for rooms. 13/10 quality. The area is quiet and seemed relatively safe
The hotel was spectacular and came with everything we needed :) Not to mention, the interior was incredibly aesthetic and all the staff members - the lovely Asian front desk woman and a friendly African-American gentleman were so welcoming and kind to us during our time here. We also enjoyed a few dishes at the AC lounge, and the lady working there was so incredibly courteous and sweet. I love this hotel! Will definitely be back.
Room furnishings were rather Spartan; no microwave, no tissue box near bed, no shower instructions, no ice on (any) floors. Bed and mini-fridge were excellent. Matt at Front Desk was a Superstar. Travel agency payment was a mess at arrival and Matt got me in the room till we could untangle Monday morning. Matt also helped me a great deal get wifi in room working. Very pleasant staff all around. No pool is a drawback and parking garage charges are outrageous.
