AC Hotel by Marriott Seoul Gangnam

As a solo traveler from Saudi Arabia, I’m used to high hospitality standards in GCC countries and this hotel absolutely lived up to those expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The value you receive for what you pay is truly impressive and satisfying. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

It was a good hotel. Staff was friendly. Location is decent if you are doing stuff south of river. The restaurant/lounge on site seemed pretty legit. That bathroom layout is pretty wacky though. Also the bathroom floors are wood? And it was like lumpy from all the moisture.

I stayed for three nights. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and left a very positive impression. The food and beverage team was also great. However, as a Marriott Platinum member or above, I found it a bit disappointing that only one breakfast was complimentary, or the second guest’s breakfast was only offered at half price. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, two breakfasts are usually included or offered as part of the benefits, so this was the first time I experienced such a limitation. The evening lounge had a good selection of food and drinks, but the alcohol service was split into two one-hour time slots, which made it feel slightly inconvenient to use.
