Had an incredible experience. Everything was great, the rooms are a bit smaller but have everything needed and the bathroom are pretty big. Everyone at the front desk were so hospitable and with a smile. They were short staffed on the weekend and the General Manager was there to support all weekend long! How amazing is that?!. The bar was great, was there even night. Thank you all so much! Keep up the great work!

I’d like to take a moment to sincerely commend Luis Angeles, who works here. Due to a canceled flight, I almost lost both nights of my hotel reservation as a no-show. I was especially concerned about losing my second night’s stay as well. But thanks to Luis’s kind and professional help, he was able to cancel just the first night and ensure I could still stay here the following day. It may seem small, but the support of just one staff member can leave a lasting impression and truly reflect the heart of a hotel. Because of Luis, I not only felt taken care of but also welcomed. If I return to Washington, D.C., I would love to stay here again. Thank you, Luis!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but after checking my credit card statement, I noticed several unexpected charges ranging from $100 to $200 on different days throughout my visit. Even more concerning, I received an additional charge from the hotel two days after I had already checked out. When I called to inquire about these charges, the staff member I spoke with placed me on a long hold and seemed unsure about where the charges originated. I was told it might be related to the third-party service I used to book the reservation. However, I’ve used the same platform for other bookings and have never encountered this issue before. The call turned into nearly two hours of back and forth with little clarity, until the manager finally agreed to investigate, remove my card information from your system, and follow up with me in the coming days. Unfortunately, I just checked my account again and noticed yet another unauthorized charge of $139.24. If my card had been removed as the manager stated on our previous call, why am I still seeing new charges? I’m extremely concerned and am considering replacing my card altogether. This situation has caused a significant inconvenience, and while I initially had a great impression of your hotel, these ongoing, unexplained charges have made me reconsider ever booking here again. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
