Amazing Hotel. The Best expirence was from Pedro from reception. He do an awesome job! He made our stay incredible. We will never forget you. Hope when We come back you will be working still in this hotel and hope you will soon be promoted , cause you deserve it 100%. Thank you , thank you 🥰

A lovely hotel recently renovated and located just a bit outside of the centre of the city but only 10 minutes by Uber or 30 minutes walk. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need and the pool rooftop is beautiful with loungers and cute orange trees. The exercise room is on the 3rd floor and also great. We were on the third floor. The only negative part is we had a difficult time finding the entrance and where to stop upon check-in which is difficult because it's on the main road with no stopping anywhere. You need to drive around to the other side of the building on the perpendicular street and enter the underground garage by pressing the button where reception will let you in. Very tricky to find. I'll provide a picture so you see the garage entry door. Otherwise the reception and rooms are wonderful and highly recommended. Did not use the restaurant.

Very stingy with giving water. Also difficult and inconsistent process to get drinking water. Room was not clean and had no shower gel when I arrived. Of course they fixed that after I alerted them. However, when the cleaner came in to install the shower gel in the shower, she walked in the shower with her shoes on! See the attached photo for the dirty shoe print in my shower. The reception manager is unpleasant - she is not happy to help or accommodate requests.
