AC Hotel Ciutat de Palma by Marriott

I’ve stayed at the AC Hotel Ciutat de Palma twice and had a pleasant experience both times. It’s clearly a city hotel from the get-go - practical, well-located, and well-suited for shorter stays. Yes, as some reviews mention, the sound insulation could be better, so it might not be ideal for longer visits if you’re a light sleeper. That said, for a one-night or short-term stay, it ticks all the right boxes. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the upper floors even offer nice views over the city. The location isn’t in the heart of the old town, but the surrounding area has plenty of solid food options. Also a bonus for runners: I went out for an 8k run along the nearby harbour promenade - easy access and a scenic, obstacle-free route. All in all, a solid, no-fuss stay with great staff and a convenient location for city visitors.

Worst hotel experience you can have for this price.The rooms are fine but when i want to dry my swimsuit after a swim in the sea on the balcony,a worker "kindly" says its not allowed. The food was awful.Some stood there for 3 days,i almost ate a raw egg.Lastly i want to adress the parking HOW can an architect think it was a good idea to make it so small and cramped. If you don't have a rental car and won't eat anything here then this hotel is for you

I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a distinct unpleasant smell throughout the property. The place felt old, poorly maintained, and in need of serious renovations. The location didn’t help either, it’s in a run-down area surrounded by numerous Thai massage parlors, right on a busy intersection where traffic noise was constant day and night. The WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay, and when I asked the staff for help, they were rude and dismissive. In fact, the staff’s general attitude was unwelcoming, and they offered no useful assistance, not even with basic local recommendations. Overall, this was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had between the smell, the noise, the poor service, and the outdated facilities, I regretted booking here. Shocked and disappointed that this is a Marriott.
