Such a clean room and hotel, I can't emphasize this enough. The room was nice, comfortable and aesthetically on point. It's in a great location also, so we did not have to get our car back out of parking until we checked out to be on our way. Friendly service and though we did not use any of their accommodations such as their fitness area, restaurant or bar, they are there and look nice also.
Great location downtown, rooms are well kept and spacious. Although the TV is a little slow and dated, so have patience trying to watch anything. Upon check in, the staff was in the middle of a conversation so it felt as if we were interrupting. Not the best first impression. Would stay again in the future.
Very nice hotel with all the amenities. The rooms are large and modern. Downsides as people have mentioned, are the expensive valet. Staff are a mixed bag of friendly and some are a little short. My main complaint was that on the morning of checkout, the front desk was not well staffed. I legitimately called 10 times between 8 am and 11 am to try to get a hold of front desk when I left something in my room after checkout, and was only able to get a hold of someone once.
