A nice hotel with very professional and nice customer service! All the receptionists (especially Alessandro) were so helpful, smiling and welcoming. The breakfast was full of choices plus some Genoese flavours. Also the breakfast time were very nice, polite and kind! Greetings to Barbara and all other member of team.
The hotel is good rooms are but so big, ok view toward the city. Staff were very good and helpful especially Carlos he was so helpful and kind. Aminities were ok relatively not bad. Breakfast was ok, not the best but do the need. Although i did not find much difficulties to find a parking, the availability was limited and i beleive it will be hard to park during the rush time. It was close to the city entrance more than the city center. Clean and room service and cleaning were very good.
The reason I'm rating this hotel a one star, is because we stayed in room 422 on August 5 -7 th 2025 ,my brother left his brand new leather jacket purchased in Florence, hanging in the closet ( we shared the room). We called on August 8 after we noticed we left the jacket behind, but we were told only a pair of sandals were left behind. Yes, they were trash and the trash bin was so little, I left them next to the 🗑️. But how sad that they didn't return the jacket. Don't leave your valuables behind, if you do, consider them taken, not lost, taken!
