AC Hotel Gijón by Marriott

It’s a good no frills business hotel but lacks basic amenities by default, which need to be asked for. Not even a coffee machine in the rooms. It’s a bit far from the city centre but if you just want to crash for the night, it’s a great comfy, clean standard room!

I stayed in AC HOTEL for a month and I love it. A very good hotel, neat, tidy and clean with gym and Sauna bath. with kind and helpful staffs, love the food, cosy rooms. Love my stay, hoping to stay more but need to go for another work assignment . Recommended to all tourists and adventurer's. Try it yourself. Values and rates of my stay are very affordable. Love this place. I recommend it myself.

I stay in Mariott properties quite a bit. This hotel is not up to par. First, the air conditioning does not work. When I alskednthe guy at the front desk for help, he said there was nothing he could do. Inspoke to the woman at the reception the following morning and she said she would look intonit. Better reaction than the day before. Second, the bathtub has a large black stain on it ehich makes one assume the bathroomhas not been cleaned. . There is physical dirty in it that looks like a boot print. The rooms themselves are basic. There is a fridge but no kettle or coffee maker. Shower is decent with very hot water and ok water pressure. The breakfast is very good and is the best thing about the hotel. All in all, it is a satisfactory hotel but not one to which i would return.
