AC Hotel Glasgow

Centrally located and convenient access to many local shops and restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and available with A/C (on the "modern" side of the hotel) for those visiting from the states. Staff are charming and helpful and make you feel at home. Hazel Cafe inside serves a great breakfast with both traditional Scottish items and modern breakfast foods and the full bar can please any discerning pallet. Highly recommended

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Glasgow. Very new & modern but with a lovely welcoming staff and ambience. Breakfast is lovely and there’s plenty to choose from and the staff (Sharon’s team) are warm and friendly. If I had one complaint it’s this - the option for special egg orders (poached or fried) is not always available. We couldn’t get a fried egg on the mornings the kitchen was busy! But don’t let that stop you from staying here. The beds are sooo comfy!

Nice hotel, ruined for us by an extremely rude manager at breakfast on Sunday morning. When blindly obeying the computer system comes ahead of common sense or customer service, you know someone is out of their depth in the hospitality sector. EDIT: I just noticed the review below me refers negatively to the same person (short woman).
