AC Hotel Inverness

We stayed at the AC Hotel Inverness during a quick visit to Inverness. The room was very spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and clean. We had a nice view of the river walk and the room has a small refrigerator. The hotel has limited parking but we didn't have issues parking our rental car during our visit. Parking was $10 a night. I thought the location of the hotel was very good for walking to a lot of eateries. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I had issues with an external laundry service and the staff was very willing to help me with it. I was very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc The rooms were clean, well appointed and offered lovely river views. Breakfast buffet was varied and abundant. Like many other people, we reached inverness in our own vehicle but parking offered was off site and took a few minutes to get to , usually in the rain. One of the two elevators was down for 2 full days and it was a very uncomfortable situation for most guests, taking sometimes 2 or 3 trips to actually be able to hop in. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful, but the staff at the restaurant seemed inexperienced and service took waaay too long.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to all the city’s attractions, making it easily accessible on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and organized. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and particularly liked the Hallom burger served in the lobby.
