We want to thank Mr. Asim for a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in Mainz. The hotel is centrally located at the train station and has a great restaurant attached to it with a very nice staff. It is a quick walk to the beautiful city center and the Adenauer-Ufer for a nice stroll along the Rhine river.
Amazing staff, location and rooms. We pointed out an area of opportunity to Miriam and she did not disappoint with her response. Amazing service
Room needs renovation, ie leaking faucet, loud ventilators, no soundproof wall from the noisy streets/trains/trams. Breakfast items look stale. Elevator is very slow.
