AC Hotel Melbourne Southbank

My wife and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Melbourne Southbank, and while the entire experience was wonderful, what really stood out to us was the exceptional service we received from Kevin. From the moment we arrived, Kevin was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel genuinely welcome – not just as guests, but as people. Whether it was helping us with local recommendations, remembering small details about our plans, or just greeting us each day with a friendly smile, Kevin went above and beyond in every interaction. A true credit to the team. The hotel overall was great and i will be visiting again in the near future.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location close to South Wharf for easy walking to a variety of food. Last night was cold and wet so we ate at the hotel restaurant. Delicious steak and wine special was perfect. Room service is quick and food arrives at the perfect temperature. The room had an amazing view and was spotless and comfortable. The staff are always lovely, warm and welcoming. I even got a special handwritten postcard and bottle of wine for my birthday. I always recommend AC by Marriott and will certainly be back again.

This is our favourite hotel. My wife and I have stayed here several times over the past 3 years - since we first started going out together. This recent stay was to celebrate her birthday. Everything was perfect, and it is so exciting coming back to our room after a romantic night of cocktails, dinner and dancing! The staff are excellent and the rooms exceptional. We are always made to feel special as Silver Elite members, and we just love coming here.
