The hotel had a nice lobby but I had trouble finding the check in desk after getting dropped off on the street. The food options/breakfast were overpriced for what you get. The bathroom was completely out of body wash and opening the curtains was not intuitive. The square toilet was uncomfortable, but there lighting was great. The room was clean but there was no clock. I never realized how important having a clock in a hotel room was until I stayed at one that didn’t have it 😂. I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The front desk people and valet were very nice.

I will come back when it's not as new. Half the outlets in my room didn't work and housekeeping didn't clean my room during my stay. The standard room is also quite small and does not have a desk in it. The rooftop isn't open yet and there is no pool. The breakfast is $30 and has a sparse selection of parfait fruit, boiled churro bites, and bread. Staff are friendly and the lobby area is nice, however I would avoid coming back until they have been open longer i.e rooftop is open, rooms are cleaned regularly, outlets are working and hopefully more breakfast options.

Bit of a mixed review here. Check-in was a great start — we were greeted with smiles and light jokes, which made us feel very welcome. The staff were friendly and warm, and it got us excited for the stay. However, things took a turn once we got to our room. There was no hand soap, the AC wasn’t working, and oddly, a towel was wrapped around the top of the shower head. We went to the front desk about the towel and were told someone would come remove it. Later, I had to call again about the AC, and they said it would be reset and to wait 10 minutes — unfortunately, it still didn’t work. The good news is they moved us to another room and made sure the AC was working. This new room also had hand soap (yay!). However, the large window had greasy marks, almost like people had been pressing their foreheads against it. Gross, but still an upgrade from the previous room. Then we woke up to a puddle on the floor — the AC vent in the ceiling was leaking. We had to put a trash can under it, and it filled nearly halfway with water from the drip. On a positive note, housekeeping did a great job when we had our room cleaned. Everything was spotless and even our scattered bathroom items were tidied up nicely — a small gesture that went a long way. One morning, we were woken up by an emergency evacuation alarm that went off four times. We were told it was triggered by a guest smoking on their balcony with the door open, and the repeated alarms were due to system resets and testing. Overall, the staff were consistently kind and seemed genuinely apologetic about all the issues. I understand the property is still relatively new, so I hope they’re still ironing out the kinks. That said, for the price we paid, I do wish some kind of compensation had been offered for the multiple inconveniences — even a meal voucher or a day of free valet parking would have gone a long way in showing they value guest satisfaction. I might stay here again to give it another shot — but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family just yet.
