AC Hotel Pisa by Marriott

I had a short stay in Pisa, but this hotel’s staff was absolutely fabulous. As my first time in Italy, I was impressed that concierge team was not only helpful but also so stylish and fashionable! Even though I arrived late, the kitchen kindly prepared a delicious hearty salad for me before closing. The hotel was clean, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. As a Bonvoy member, I can confidently say this was one of the friendliest teams I’ve encountered and the best-dressed! The only thing that could have made it better was an enhanced gym but I still got a great workout in the minimalist gym.

I chose this hotel because they told me they had parking. I arrived at night and parked where they indicated. In the morning, I discovered my car had been opened and my personal belongings and luggage stolen. When I informed the reception, they said it was public parking and that anyone can park there — something they never mentioned when I booked. They called the police, but the officers said I needed to go to the police station myself to file a report. The lack of clear information about the parking, combined with the absence of any security, ruined my stay. If you’re traveling by car, be aware that the “parking” is not private or secure, and the hotel takes no responsibility in case of theft.

Scam ‼️ I stayed in this hotel on 12/July/2025. They gave me 2 rooms with my family for 250euros and asked me to deposit 50euros, i was told this deposit 50euros will return to my visa account in 1-2 days. But until now 05/Aug i still not receive my deposit back. I was checked in this hotel with my Marriott member, so I thought I chose a trustworthy hotel, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. They ended up scamming me out of just 50 euros, which is very embarrassing!!! . Can't believe you want this small money from guest/tourist. Shameful!!
