AC Hotel Saint Julien en Genevois

I couldn’t have found a better hotel! The location is perfect if you have a car and plan to explore beyond Geneva — it’s less than an hour away from beautiful cities like Annecy and Chamonix. The rooms and facilities felt new, modern, and exceptionally clean. They even offer a complimentary Nespresso machine near the reception, which was a nice touch. Compared to many older hotels in central Geneva, the pricing is quite reasonable. The customer service was excellent from the moment we checked in — truly a great experience! IMPORTANT NOTE: you need to pay attention to the location as there are no services around it.

This hotel is exceptional compared to all of the others that we have experienced in our five weeks in France. Everything seemed relatively new, the design of the hotel was nicely updated, and all amenities were available that you'd want. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. In fact, we had a small glitch when a housekeeper took one of our shopping bags, but it was based upon her misunderstanding that we had checked out and was quickly resolved. I also consider an establishment for how any problems are handled, and I need to commend Grace for very efficiently and politely working with us. Given our somewhat unusual reservation, the housekeeper's mistake was completely understandable- it wasn't a problem. The location is a little outside Geneva, away from heavy city traffic but very accessible to many major roads. (If you stay here, you have to go see Annecy, just around a half hour away). The breakfast was very good with a decent selection. The rooms were also a decent size and everything was very clean. Overall, I am happy to highly recommend this Marriott hotel.

We enjoyed our staying here. The room was big enough, clean and quiet. You have everything you need (mini fridge, iron, hairdryer). The free parking is a big plus. You have free Nespresso coffee and free water in the hotel.
