AC Hotel Sevilla Fórum by Marriott

Great option to sleep and fly. 5 minutes from SVQ. Newly updated or built, room are tiny with a great bathroom, good spread for breakfast, pool, gym, and restaurant open late + room service 24h. Good value! There are many tapas options a few minutes drive away to eat. PS there is not a shuttle to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel during a time when a major international event was taking place in Seville. While the hotel itself met our expectations for an AC property, the overall experience was affected by the heavy police presence and security checks in the area — access in and out was not very convenient. Breakfast was fair and aligned with our expectations: adequate, but not particularly rich in variety or choices. One highlight of the stay was Ana at the front desk — she was warm, helpful, and went beyond our expectations. Her service definitely stood out and made a difference. As a Titanium member, I submitted feedback after my stay via the official questionnaire. However, there seems to be little follow-up or response from the hotel. I believe that if more effort is made to acknowledge and follow up on guest comments — especially from loyal members — the hotel could further improve in the future.

I didn’t stay at this hotel so can’t speak to the rooms. I had an evening meal here with my son in May 2025. He had a burger and chips and enjoyed it. I can’t recall what I had as it really wasn’t very memorable at all. What I do recall is how slow the service was. This was something I noticed other diners were aware of and discussing with each other. It’s quite a nice hotel, not mega fancy but not some budget place. The food was fine but quite a limited menu and the portions were rather small, the service was slow and it all felt rather over priced. Perhaps they were just short staffed the evening I was there.
