AC Hotel Vicenza by Marriott

I’m honestly still shocked in the best possible way. I had just walked 3 hours through the entire city of Vicenza at night with heavy luggage, completely exhausted (there weren't taxi or busses) . But the Marriott host who welcomed me — treated me with such respect and care that I almost cried. He offered me cold water from the fridge for free, made me a cappuccino, asked about my FlixBus, called the driver himself, and walked me to the stop. I wasn’t even a hotel guest. It was just 10 minutes — but I felt a real comfort and safety. Thank you for your warmth, professionalism and amazing service. Marriott Vicenza, you're on another level 💖this is a very warm memory for me

This is my second time staying here for work and I have never been disappointed. The customer service is top notch and they make you feel very welcome. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Vicenza area

Unusually disappointing food, but value for money good. ⭐️ staff were helpful and friendly. 🍽️ restaurant was closed for dinner which would have been helpful to know prior to booking. 🛌 bedrooms were comfortable but wallpaper is dated with lots of dead insects on 🦟. 🍳 breakfast was not as good as expected. 🅿️ car parking free 🐶 dog friendly ⛰️ good views of the mountains
